From Cellblocks to Start-Ups | Just Soul Catering's Fight for Ex-Offenders

Mass Incarceration, coupled with employment discrimination, has left many formerly incarcerated people with little hope of getting a second chance in life. So, when Sharon Richardson came home, after spending 20 years in prison, she decided to be the change she wanted to see. Richardson, and fellow activist, Chandeerah Davis, created Just Soul Catering, a company that employs and empowers formerly incarcerated women. Here is their story.
