We’ll screen the #AIRS documentary, which introduces the concept of the “Prison Televisual Complex,” and its role in Incarcerated Reality TV Shows. During the panel, we’ll discuss practices and methods that dismantle exploitation, ways to support healthy reintegration, and liberation within our communities. #AIRS (Abolish Incarcerated Reality Shows) is a campaign dedicated to ending the exploitation of incarcerated people in reality TV shows, while supporting opportunities for reintegration.
